Instead of writing a letter no sane person should ever post,
Instead of eating enough bad food to feed a family,
Instead of crying on public transport,
I tried hard to quell awful thoughts with some success,
I made and eat normal amounts of fresh soup,
I travelled home to my family to dog-sit,
This is not always possible, for whatever reasons.
For whatever reasons, today it was.
It's one day, and, it counts...
